Dogging in Yorkshire

We have had a number of journeys to explore dogging in Yorkshire and have enjoyed it every time. If you want to try dogging in Yorkshire, you can expect to see plenty of naked flesh during the evening.

Barnsley Dogging

Bretton Country Park - take J38 off the M1 and follow the A637 towards Huddersfield for 300 metres, then turn left by the stable block just like the infamous Natasha did. Keep your eyes out for signs to The Yorkshire Sculpture Park - and check this Yorkshire Dogging post for more information.

Bridlington Dogging

On the way to Flamborough is the infamous Danes Dyke spot. Turn right at the bus stop and follow the road for a few minutes until you come to a secluded car park.

Doncaster Dogging

The road that runs parallel to the racecourse is called "The Straight Mile" and you need to go past the racecourse grandstand. There are a couple of places here, but the best spot is in the parking area in the wood at the end of the road.

Filey Dogging

On approaching Filey, follow signs for Filey Country Park at Filey Brigg. It's a bit random, but it does happen, especially with folks from out of town!

Halifax Dogging

The moors above Heptonstall – climb out of Hebden Bridge and keep going. There are plenty of laybys popular with couples here. Terrific.

Huddersfield Dogging

South of Huddersfield is the infamous Holme Moss dogging spot on the A6024 about 5 miles south of Holmfirth. Always busy, and as a bonus the views are terrific. Nearby is a good spot at Baitings Reservoir in Ripponden, just past Sowerby Bridge.

Leeds Dogging

The infamous Eccup reservoir dogging site, 10 miles north of the city centre is always popular. If you like your ladies older, the Golden Acre aka Golden MILFS car park, on Arlington Road, is a great place to be. Otherwise head for Armley and the car park opposite the Industrial Museum on Canal Road.

Northallerton Dogging

Leave Northallerton on the A167 towards Darlington and about a mile or so after the railway crossing, turn right through the gate way just after Strikes Garden Centre.

Sheffield Dogging

Take Junction 31 from the M1 and follow signs for Killamarsh. When you reach a Chinese restaurant, turn right and follow the road down to the bottom. Alternatively, and more central, coming from Loxley towards Worrall, turn right before Hillsborough Golf Club.

York Dogging

The old Acaster Airfield on the way to Tadcaster is worth exploring. Alternatively there is the remote spot at Overton. Head north out of York on the A19 and near Skelton, turn left just after the golf course, sign posted towards Overton. Follow this road under a bridge and after 400 metres there is a ninety degree bend to the right where you will find a parking spot big enough for quite a few cars.
